We are in need of a system administrator that is comfortable in VPS and cloud environments. Currently we are needing someone to clean up the current installs that also involve a bit of plesk. We are also looking for some consultation as to the best method for doing some more advanced functionality. Here is what we are expecting: - Secure the current servers (about 5 running at the moment) - fail2ban - sshd tightening - mod_security - mod_cloudflare - Inform us a better method to do what we are currently doing - Create cron jobs to store backups on an external server - Utilize the best caching methods (varnish, opcache, memcache, etc...) - Apache and Nginx capable (writing .conf and .htaccess files) Requirements: - Candidate must live in the United States of America - Candidate must speak perfect English - NDA must be signed prior to work being started - Must message me with the 3rd state of the United States of America

Edit: modified per our conversation. First to answer your question: New Jersey was the third state to join the Union. I should know, I grew up across the Delaware from there in Pennsylvania (the second state). I've been working with Apache and other web servers, including Nginx, for over 20 years now. I can work my around http config files in my sleep. Setting up new modules is a breeze and will take no time at all. Tightening ssh, and getting your developers to use ssh keys, is also similarly easy to do. As for cleaning up what you're doing and coming up with a better way, I can set up an entire chef install for you in no time. This will give you far more flexibility in handling your deployments going forward than what plesk offers.

Hello i am Frank and running over 700 bare metal servers because i have many big pornwebsites with realy extra high traffic if you whant i can give you best patrice examples and configure all to your needs but it will change a lot in your structure because things like plesk arnt use able for such situations. and about the America thing i am living in Germany we are America too as our gov is owned by the US :) i even know common law and UCC :) ill tell you what you need the basic stack: apache mesos apache auroar docker nginx varnish
