Adding an Also of Interest Section on Wordpress

I would like to add a "recommend article" box within the content area of an article template. Some of the features that I would like to have: 1) The ability to choose a specific article when you are creating an article and making the feature mandatory. {if this would make the price sky rocket being able to choose the article then I am open to hear other ideas} 2) The field should have the following information: "Also on Grilling with Rich" Name of Article Author(s) Name 3) I would also like to have a specific google tracking code added to the link {I would provide you with the UTM code to add} For an example please visit: [login to view URL]​ and look for the "Also on Politico" box you will see what I am reffering to
