XML feeds, web design and coding, and automation app

Need web design and coding done for a website.? This is a small site. We will provide logo's and a rough design layout but want to receive professional design advice before completing the design and development of the site. The chosen bidder needs to be proficient with XML data feeds and have a high level of server side skills to enable data to be pulled and displayed from a central source and for a small amount of automation to be? implemented. ## Deliverables Need web design and coding done for a website.? This is a small site. We will provide logo's and a rough design layout but want to receive professional design advice before completing the design and development of the site. The chosen bidder needs to be proficient with XML data feeds and have a high level of server side skills to enable data to be pulled and displayed from a central source and for a small amount of automation to be implemented. Part 1: Purpose is to be the home page of a travel site.? Please see an indicative layout in the attached .ppt file. As it stands the Accommodation link needs to open another page with the same layout and logo's, and has a search box for hotels displayed in the centre of the page.? This search box code will be provided. The Car rental link and the Airline tickets link both go to separate pages that will just say "Coming soon" which we can develop at a later stage. The advertising sections on the right hand side need to be of a standard size that will allow for Google adwords or other advertising of our choice.? Please make sure you clearly advise us as to the size of the advertising space available once the design is complete. Part 2: This will be a page that will display results for hotels that are in a particular city.? These hotels and all hotel information will be drawn from XML feeds provided by a third party website.? Upon taking up this job an account will be created with this 3rd party website which will enable you to access the XML feeds. ? The logo will be displayed at the top (as per rough layout in the .ppt file). An example of how we would like the hotels displayed for the city can be found at? [[login to view URL] This][1] site shows the search results for the city of Sydney, Australia.? What we need is the ability to change the data being pulled to the site with relative ease.? We will be creating a different page for each of the different cities of our choosing and want the ability to be able to create a new page using the code you will create and have a small application that runs which asks us which city we would like to customize the page for and once we enter the city name it will change the site to show the city results for that page.? This same small piece of code also needs to automatically customize any instances of the city name in any places through the website including the Meta Tags, Title Tags and any other locations where the cityname variable is found. The job is to create this above template.? We will use this template in the future, with the additional application, to enable us to create a 1 page website with the search results of any chosen city that we enter into the application as long as their is an XML feed for the chosen city. Newsletter layout required.? Using a newsletter style format with provided logos.? Purpose is to send monthly newsletters to subscriber lists.? Needs to be a single page with the same colour scheme and design style as the website.
