Flash Website Requires php and xml coding for completion

Flash based template requires xml, php, and mysql work to for completion. 1)the creation of a back-end which will allow the admin to place new listings onto the site 2)the integration of php/xml into our currently nonfunctioning"search" page, which would allow a user to search the results placed into the mysql by the admin by year, price, location, keyword, etc. It must also display a thumbnail photo beside the result name. These results must be divided on a page - to - page basis, so it fits properly into the flash. 3)the creation of a "view result" page: when a listing is clicked on by the user to view on the search page, the user is brought to a "view" page. the listings information is displayed as follows: top center: Title, in bold letters. Below this, a large image of the listing which is also centered. underneath the large image, thumbnails of all of the images of the listing. I would like the large image to shift between each of these smaller images at set intervals. Additionally, I would like the user to be able to put their mouse over a specific thumbnail, which would result in the stopping of the shifting, and remaining on the listing image connecting to the thumbnail until the user moves his mouse off of the thumbnail. Underneath all of this, I would like the headline "Listing Description" and underneath the heading, the description of the vehicle as submitted to us by the seller. underneath this description, I would like the city and province listed, and underneath this, the phone number of the seller will be listed. I would like everything other than the title, large photo, and thumbnails aligned left. 4)"Sell my Listing" page: A block of text I can customize as an introductory paragraph, followed by the submission form. Form will ask for year, price, location, photo submission (up to 10 photos), etc, and will have a "Listing Description" text box. All of this information will be submitted to the back end for "awaiting approval" as well as being emailed to the admin. Above "submit" button, I would like some text we have written to appear. 5)financing: I would like a form to appear for the "Apply for Financing" page, which will replace one of our current pages. I already have another site in mind with the same finance form set-up that I would like to use.
