Dear Wordpress and PHP Developers, We are looking to develop a website for real estate company in wordpress platform. We have already designed the logo for the company. The website look and feel should be based on the existing logo. The wordpress template can easily be searched and selected from [login to view URL] website, but you have to look which theme looks best with the color of the logo. The first phase of this project would be the selection of wordpress theme from [login to view URL] with the company logo integrated. The Benchmark websites that we look forward to are: 1. The website and website administration panel will be responsive for desktop, mobile & tablet view. 2. Optimizing the User Interface to be viewed in iOS, Blackberry & Android 3. Social media icons on the website (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus) 4. Integration with Real Estate CRM which is www.propspace.com. It has APIs that can easily connect with the website. 5. Property listing and website pages has to be indexed by google 6. On each property page, there should be a quick inquiry by having a "call" button or a "request to call back". 7. Newsletter signup. 8. Company news & general industry news page. 9. A detailed property search option on the homepage with user friendly filters. 10. An additional option to have a Map featuring available properties pointed with a pin based on location. 11. While browsing on a specific property, additional list of similar properties shall me listed on the sideline. 12. A page dedicated for agent's detailed profile along with individual listings. 13. About Us page. 14. Useful links 15. A Careers page. The career page will be have position and requirement listed and when someone clicks on the button apply. It will go to page similar to contact us page but with additional field to browse and upload their CV. 16. Investor's / buyer's / tenant's page to express their interests. This would be form to fill in their details. 17. DMCA Copyright Protection logo integration in the footer. 18 Contact Us page. This page will have Google Maps with a pointer pointing to the address of the company. A inquiry form to submit inquiry You are more than welcome to give us more suggestions for the website. Note: 1. Please provide your previous work in wordpress to make the selection process easier for us. 2. We can also create unlimited pages in the solution provided in the future. 3. Images and content will be provided. 4. The developer will provide us the staging link for us to see the development of the solution. 5. Please note that the images and text will subject to change in the development stage 6. The content for 20 pages will be needed to be formatted and uploaded by the developer. 7. The developer will also provide us the admin password and login credentials after successful completion of the project. 8. The developer will also provide us training to update the website with content in the future. 9. You will be provided with website details for installation on live server.
