THE EMAIL-CORESPONDANCE MUST BE OPENED IN TEXT FORMAT ON ONE PAGE AND IN SEQUENTIAL ORDER WITH ALL ATTACHEMENTS OPENED ALSO WE WOULD REQUIRE A SPACE WHERE WE CAN PUT ALL OUR COMMENTS OR NOTES UNDER THE E-MAIL JUST RECEIVED AGAIN THIS MUST ALL BE ON ONE PAGE THAT CAN BE SCROLLED IT WOULD BE SIMILAR TO THE G-MAIL OR OUTLOOK WITH THE DIFFERENCE THAT ALL EMAILS MUST BE AUTOMATICALLY OPENED AND ALL THE INFORMATION MUST BE GOTTEN AT ONE GLANCE ON ONE PAGE THIS PROGRAM IDEALLY SHOULD BE WEB BASED AND ACCESSIBLE FROM ANY COMPUTER. IF IT CAN MAKE THINGS EASIER YOU MAY USE YAHOO, G-MAIL, OUTLOOK, ECT.. AS A BASE AND SO THIS PROGRAM CAN JUST BE A PLUG-IN TO THESE EXISTING E-MAIL PLATFORMS!
