Links Directory Generator (Macro For Excel)

Program create links directories. I have an Excel database with these fields, Each in different columns: Domain URL Link Text Description And then 5 'categories' which describe the site such as: Computers > Multimedia >Music & Audio > Audio Formats > Midi (each of these categories is in a separate column) The Macro must produce link directory html pages from a template that I can upload to my site. I create the template and simply put ##DATA## Where I want the information from the database to appear. I currently use http://www.arelis.com. to create links directories. It only allows category/subcategory. My program has to allow for unlimited (say up to 10) categories to place the sites in. It must interlink too, like a web directory (for seo spidering purposes) and have good structure (links to all levels) As a coder, you should have a good idea as to how to make all of the produced directory pages work together. I would like the macro to act as a wizard with excel 97 and up. A good example of how I want the wizard to work is to be found in the trial version of arelis. 1: It asks for location of links page template on local computer and what I would like to call the top page of the directory (i.e. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] whatever) 2: How to sort links (i.e. alphabetical order by url, by link text or by 3: Save links pages to this directory (asks for location of folder on local computer) 4: Check box asks: Category file names in lowercase? (check for yes) 5: Category names to use hyphen or underscore (check 1) 6: After creating links pages, show the 'index' page in web browser I click generate and it zooms through the database of links and generate the links directory pages with page names based on categories. Lastly, it should be capable of ignoring errors and producing all of the pages without interruptions in case a few rows of data out of many are off. The program should be thoroughly tested with the Excel sheets I provide before delivery. I'm looking for someone who will start working on this tonight and wants to finish it fast. It could also be a standalone program that asks for the location of the excel data, but a macro would be best. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Excel 97 and up.
