Custom Logo_** **Webshell Networks Corp., a leading web hosting provider for over a year is in need of a major facelift of their website along with the functionality of the website. The person(s) we choose must be experienced in graphics design with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic applications (i.e flash).** **For Phase one, Webshell Networks requires a corporate identity that tells people we are a technology company. The Logo must be adaptable for the web and in print such as business cards, letterheads, brochures, catalogs, etc.** **_Details of project_** This project only consists of creating custom logo, business card and letter head which is part of our Phase I project. We are relying on your expertise and creativity to custom design this logo by selecting eye catching colors that’ll reflect positively to our customers. It should look fresh, simple and unique. 1. **We want 3 different mockups created for us. After we choose one we want unlimited revisions until we are satisfied with the end result.** 2. **After the Logo is created we want 3 different business card mockups. We will choose one and want unlimited revisions until we are satisfied with the end result.** 3. **We also want letterheads created for our company with the new logo. We want 3 different mockups as well for the letterheads and will choose one. After we choose one, we want unlimited revisions until we are satisfied with the end result.** 4. **The logo should indicate company name “Webshell Networks??. ** Once completed, you’ll submit the original files (PSD, AI, etc) from the application you used to create all your work. Based on the result of this project, we’ll decide whether you’re eligible to do our overall website redesign which will be phase two, which we have planned following the success of this project. ## Deliverables ** Please email us or reply with your sample work ** ** You can create a mockup with watermark on it so we can see how your design looks if you don't have sample work ** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The website is hosted on a Linux server.
