Access Room Scheduler

I am looking for a room scheduler that I can add to my Access project. I have attached a zip file with 2 files in it. There is a word doc which shows how I would like the display to look like and an Access database which shows the data to be shown on the display. The database shows the data to display. For? both tables The start date will be? the intake date and the end date is the SchedDepartureDate. The qryAdmissions shows the data you need to work with. The qryReservations shows the data to work with. On the display? I want the beds to show down the left side of the display instead of rooms. The display should only show the beds from? one unit at a time and the user should be able to select which unit they want to look at. So the display should show beds down the left side and days only along the top (no times included). The length of the bar will be from the INtake date to the SchedDepartureDate. I would like the Admissions bars to show up as green and the Reservations to show up as red.
