I need a custom Real Estate website build on wordpress platform.
This website must have built-in on-site Search Engine Optimization. Must be able to give the back end user (me) complete control over URLs, Titles, Descriptions, Page Headers, Anchor Text, [url removed, login to view], No Follow Attributes, Redirection Features, More Text, and Links to Related Posts.
This website will need the following pages (with subpages) - Home, Search all Homes, For Buyers, Sell my home, Market Stats, Meet us, Contact, Blog.
This website will also need to integrate with my current IDX provider to enable users to search by neighborhood
I also want to be able to put videos (you tube) on the site in.
Alongside website development we will need top 3 ranking on [url removed, login to view] for this website with 10 keywords. In addition you must analyze website for proper seo optimization to assist in achieving these results. You must guarantee that at least 50% of keywords or 5 keywords will rank in the top 5 of [url removed, login to view] on 1st page or no 2nd milestone payment until these results are achieved.
