Web Designer/Developer with Graphics & HTML5

I am after a web developer/designer to build a high tea website, with a home page, and 4 content pages, outlining our services, menu, a photo gallery, and bookings/ contact us I want a similar experience as a flash website (i.e. animated phtotos and a slide show gallery) – but needs to be compatible across majority of operating systems/platforms and browsers (so looking for HTML5 or similar rather than flash given adobe is not compatible on Apple). I am happy to provide a few websites that display functionality similar to what I am after. I'd like a one or two page content management area sitting behind a username and password protected area for admin and editing purposes. Include and link to “Like my facebook page” Menu systems on category pages must be search engine friendly and so must be css/html based. We are after a great user experience and so design is very important, we will only be selecting a freelancer that has a solid portfolio of fresh and clever design. The theme of this high tea web site is elegance, decadence, opulence so needs to be a very classy and professional look and feel. Also website needs to be hosted on our web hosting server “[login to view URL]” and therefore compatible with this hosting server We will provide a powerpoint document on selection of the right freelancer, with basic design and content included.
