Venue booking web site

Hi I need a web site with the following site map & functions Main links: Home Booking Facilities Location Pricing Members Events About Us Contact Us Other links include Privacy policy, cancellation policy, Link to FaceBook, Titter, LinkedIn Nature of business: The business is called Clever Centre ([login to view URL]) , we have training room & open space for hiring so we want a Web site that can do the job of event booking (motel like if you like as we have multiple rooms). We are also a co-working space that we want to hire hot desks. Content of the web site is ready to go and happy to use Joomla or any other open source Requirements Design the site to incorporate with existing and include the links as above and here are the rates and rules for room booking. Note that the Clever Room can be used for different things and different audience at different day & time of the week. Note that it is the SAME room so we don’t want any clashing 1) Must allow people to become members and register & pay 2) Room booking (See attached) Will send logo and want you start soon Only experienced designer/developer should apply and MUST show example of your work.
