Reverse Engineer Project Needed

This project involves reverse engineering for a certain travel advertising site with a very complex backend. Some key features include: - I want my own unique features/designs put into this site which is designed by you - I do not want the content from the site - A strong Content Management System - No ENCODING of source code please - Module for linking this website to CART for billing etc.. with coupon option - Site will not be EXACT so that it does not infringe on IP. It should be as close as possible in most features - All work will be done on your server - The site should have a nice template look and feel. It should be a clean and modern design. Please include in your response the format you intend to use. Wordpress, Joomla, other formats etc.. are all exceptable but Wordpress is the preferred format but I’m not sure if this format will work due to the complexity of the site. - The site would include most of the features plus some extras. - New graphics installed by you - Some flash - Adsense. - Project includes SEO, cross browser support, fast loading, auto sitemap integration, tech support (fix's), keywords, Meta tag creation, supporting plugins etc.. - A mock-up of design is a requirement. Will explain in PM. - All work will not be resold or made available again to another client - We retain all rights to the final code/designs. - ALL COPY/PASTE BIDS WILL BE IGNORED. - All bids should be final amounts. No hourly rate bids accepted. - You must be knowledgeable in coding complex sites/platforms. Results before payment and the final payment will be when a fully functional template/model is loaded on my server tested and working properly.
