News Website using JA Teline IV Extension in Joomla

Looking for a designer to build me a Joomla based website with user login and registered user forum area. The site is for worldwide news on vehicle manufacturers. This is to be a Magazine/news site where articles can be easily uploaded with pictures, text and video. The site also must have various areas for banner advertising.

so in brief and not limited to, the site must have the following -

Joomla website

template design

User login area

registered user forum

Various areas for banner advertising

Easy Article uploads of video/text/pictures

Logo design

I would be looking for the following >

JA Teline IV template (already installed on server) used on the Joomla website with a layout very similar to that shown in the live preview on the JA Teline website [url removed, login to view]

My website will be at [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] . I own both domain names and am still considering which one to use as the main name for the site.

Firstly I would need a good logo design to integrate into the website.

The top menu bar would need to have the following headers - Home > U.S. > U.K. > India > Germany > Russia > France > Japan > Italy

The menu's would also have to allow for expansion in the future. Under each of the top menu items, "latest news" and "featured news" would need to pop down as per the live demo example.

When clicking on any of the top menu items, that would bring the user to the news page for that area showing recent stories as per the live demo example where users see a short clip of the story and can click on the article to expand for the full story. Remember articles would need to be able to upload video/text/pictures.

Photo gallery area on the right, as per the live demo, bookmark section is not really required.

An area for users to login so they can use the forums.

A link for forums, which then tells the visitor that they have to login. The forums are not part of the JA teline template, however, I believe there are many free forum software for Joomla such as Kunena forum which should be able to be integrated into the site.

Facebook likes links and twitter links throughout the site. I believe this function is available within the modules of the JA Teline modules.

On right hand side of the page, we would need an area as per the live preview for "Upcoming Events" (named events of the year) on the live preview.

In the footer sections, we would need links for About us > Contact us > Advertising >

There will need to be various banner advertising areas on the site.

Site will need to be SEO friendly.
