New Website Complete Project

This project is just for Magento Experts only. 1. This project entails building a new Magento Commerce Shop with a complete custom template on the front end with an option to change themes during the holidays and throughout the year. Custom template design will be explained in full detail after project is accepted. Home Page/ Category Pages/ Product Page will be explained as well. I will elaborate how the functionality I want with all the different pages and areas of the website. Template needs to work in all browsers. 2. You will need to transfer the files after the site is completed from an existing oscommerce shop, plus it will require grouping existing single products into group product listings. module - [login to view URL] The website template needs to be explained to me how it was completed and how to make changes on the custom template should I need to make any changes myself. 3. The website needs a full one page checkout instead of the 4 step checkout process with paypal pro, amazon checkout, google checkout, bank transfer. Shipping options need to be integrated with USPS and UPS and have custom names for the shipping options. International shipping as well needs to be installed. 4. Website will also need full integration with a vendor via XML feed and using SOAP. 5.
