I need a php script -- 2

I need a simple and beautiful designed script (maybe you can use bootstrap).

Script will be to notiffy peoples via sms or email if there is an event in theire city.

1: USERS CAN REGISTER

Chose: 1. Country [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] number [login to view URL](select from a list) [login to view URL] 7. They need to select if they work or go to school (if they work they need to select what profession they have , if they select school they will need to select to what school they go). 8. Can Select some category wich are interesed to them (example: sport, concert, theatrical etc.)

And After that they can veriffy mobile numbers (by sending any code to sms and they need to write to site that code. i think this is a way to vieriffy that they own the mobile numbers.) or Can Verify Email.

[login to view URL] USERS:

They can register (for advertising) and they can select a target group

( example: 100 peoples wich live in this city and this city..., wich go to school, wich are bigger than XX years.... wich like theatrical.., concerts....)

And then Send sms or Email to them. (they must veriffy their phone number if they like to send sms to peoples)

so when they will click Send . it will go to Admin for aproving. if admin aprove it will send sms or email to the selected group.

So in their account they will have to see a status of that advertising. (ex: Reviewing by admin)

Also user can add many phone numbers in script and invite them example to birthday party.

ADMIN:

An admin will have option to Change the status of advertisment (ex: waiting for payment, aproved, canceled, etc...)

and he can see wich message are sended and from wich user.
