Google Base real estate mashup

This project is to develop a 'mashup' website where users will be able to search for real estate and the resulting listings that are extracted from the google base api will be displayed on a google map. A reference site that is similar to what we want is baseestate dot com

Existing 'google base api' scripts are available for the developer to use if they prefer to customise those - but it will need to work for the UK real estate market and include all the UK towns. see such scripts at; [login to view URL]

NB: As existing scripts can be used and are available to buy at $199 and under then we will only look at bids of under $1000 for this project.

Development required includes;

* Google map and side panels to display pictures and details of listings.

* Client accounts - where users can store their favourite real estate listings and enquire or book viewings with the real estate agents. Including the emailing of the favourites list to client and agent.

* Agent accounts - where agents can view details of users who have enquired for their region

Please only respond to this project if you have the necessary skills and experience to produce this application which will also require quality web2.0 design skills.

NB: I will not consider developers who send me their generic portfolio to look at.

I will only look at developers who have done google base projects before and can demonstrate live examples of their work.
