Design Template for Website (Business Partner/Co-founder) - repost

To begin with, you are bidding on a project to design a template for my website. I am starting a new business online and I need a unique template to reflect the type of Business I am intending on.

My website is using this site's script below which is 100% editable as the code is open source :

Take a moment to look at the admin and front end demo areas of that script before placing your bid please.

Now Your task will be to design the exact template as the site below. You will notice that the site has the same business model as the site I plan on creating but with a very unique template :

Again, please take a minute to familiarize yourself with that website and bid only if you are able to integrate and design all aspects of that site's template onto my site.

Last but not least is the business aspect of this project. I am starting this online Business solo but I expect it to grow quickly to accommodate more staff. So I would prefer to have a a freelancer who is interested to partner up as a Business partner and who believes in the financial success of the Business idea I am putting forth. The basic aspect of this Business model has plenty of competition and plenty of other companies are doing the same Business, but I think what will differentiate this Business from them is how we approach it and a lot of that has to do with the template you'd be designing.

Your role in the business will be defined as the lead CTO/Co-founder and you will have a very big percentage of equity in the company. To begin with, I will be paying you for your services, such as this one, but further down the road, I am expecting that to shift more to the Business angle, meaning that we will both start putting most of the percentage of revenue towards growing our Business.

One last important note you need to keep in mind before bidding. I am located in the US and I plan on raising capital as soon as this Business starts to bloom, so that would mean I need a freelancer who is very flexible with relocating. Anyone can bid and you can be from anywhere in the world to begin with, but once the Business grows and gets funded, I am expecting the freelancer to be able to relocate to the U.S to overlook the company's future and goals as its co-founder.

So about you. You are educated, speak and write English fluently. You are as ambitious and motivated to succeed. You like taking on large tasks and roles at hand. You have a lot of unique, great ideas that you will bring to the company. You have a very good, strong background in computer IT and Design in general. Freelancers with a background in both Web/Graphic Design and Computer Science/Technology are strongly recommended to bid. Lastly you are motivated to make money.

If you read the entirety of this project, please bid your price for the project, why you are a good fit to join the Business, what interests you about this Business model and what interesting ideas you would be bringing to the Business, and lastly please include a copy of your resume and approximately how long it will take you to get the whole template designed.
