357891 shopping cart program setup

I want my current frontpage website setup on godaddy shopping cart I need someone who know what it takes and what I should also setup so I guess I need an anyalisis of this. I do not really know what I need except for the general: I have a website it was made over last 11 years done in frontpage 2002 by me. It is hosted on godaddy on a windows server. I asked a local USA company to write an order form, they wrote a very awful form and every since I have been being targeted by malware being attached to the file. Currently my site is flaged as "harmful" site and I am losing money every day. I need someone who can figure out what is wrong. I would like to build a shopping cart in godaddy and have posted for the data entry of the products. I will need instruction on how to use the cart and to upload the data entry template to the godaddy site. I also would like to know what is the best way to design a shopping cart and how to drive traffic to the shopping cart and how to get top ranking in browsers. I choose godaddy because it is a large company but the help is slow so I need some added support till I know how to use their tools and their shopping cart program. All I really want to do is keep selling my products but with all the problems I have had lately with the malware I am very frustrated. If you can offer me a solution at a reasonable price I would like to hear from you. Basically I want to be able to know how to make changes and to have a secure site for my customers to shop.
