IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager I am looking for a few project managers that could step in to help manage projects. . Skype is absolutely necessary for availability queries. Our Company do design and programming. We need a project manager that can work around 6-8 hours daily. Our office located in India , Malaysia , Philippine , thailand and China Tasks: - communicate with clients, programmers and designers via skype and email; - manage different projects; - suggest improvement ideas if needed; - make different tasks that the clients ask. Requirements: - Very good English skills or Chinese (written and spoken); - Knowledge of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and content management system (CMS); - Experience in project management; - Logical thinking; - You need to understand of website design, styles, responsive design, content management system, mobile-friendly. - ability to work on different projects in the same time; - Adequate knowledge of HTML, Java Script and CSS. - Adequate knowledge of PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, Java Script framework and MVC framework. - The right person should be able to resolve problems such as clustering, scaling and extensibility. - You should have adequate knowledge of MS SQL Server, MYSQL and relational database. - You should have skills in written and verbal communications and good interpersonal relations. - The right candidate should be a good problem solver and analytical. - You should be able to speak Chinese or English or both. Responsibilities: - To work out and keep a complete knowledge and understanding of the products we offer and the services we are rendering. - To carry out adequate research and development of applications, system study of software engineer position, testing of software engineer position, integration and programming. - To work out a comprehensive process of research and development, documenting and programming processes. - To perform the analysis of system requirement as well as perform the development of application and design. - A team player who can think, work and perform excellently without assistance from team mates. - Supervision of different aspects of activities including, development, integration and testing of code. - To carefully put into consideration the user requirements and work out functional specifications. - To make available a comprehensive written resource and timeline estimates. -Responsible for assembling, analyzing, and representing customer business process requirements. -Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and recommends alternative solutions and project strategy and deliverable prioritization. -Develops high-level implementation plans -Ensures that technical functional specifications cover all business functional specifications. -Works in collaboration with team, internal customers, and other IT functional groups. -Assist in development and implementaions of database management system -Work closely with internal department in database projects Education/Experience: - A degree, Bachelor or Master in computer science or equivalent is required. - A degree, Bachelor or Master in computer engineering or equivalent is needed. - A degree, Bachelor or Master in IT or Diploma in IT or related areas is necessary. -MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. -IT project management 3-4 yrs experience, communications, team work, multi tasking, customer service mentality, MS project and other office tool Full Time Hiring 8 Hours a day & 22 Days in a Month Total: 160 hours Billing: Monthly Part Time Hiring 4 Hours a day & 22 Days in a Month Total: 80 hours Billing: Monthly Quote me if you can do it
