I am 12 years experienced php developer. I think here is the thing you need. 1. We need to check files from 6 differnet folders as you mentioned. 2. These are all .txt file. 3. We need to parse the text from these .txt files and need to remove certain part of these sting as you mentioned. Or other way we only need to fetch a specific part of that string. 4. Then we need to update that parsed sting to db. 5. The no it has been attached to 'MOOL' is the row_id of that particualr row. May be it is PK. Not sure though 6. Once parse completed then we need to move these files to /old folder so that next time we can only parse the new files. So that is the thing you have been looking for. It is quite straight forward and I can do that job in 5 to 6 hours. No advance payment required. I will show you demo first and then once happy you can award us the project.
