Improve existing PHP tool that generates fake website traffic

I need a PHP wizard to make some improvements to an existing tool. The current log file (URL can be later over private message), shows frequent errors. -- We currently use an open proxy service ([login to view URL]). We need to first test each IP that the open proxy provides to make sure that it is based in the USA (making use of a free IP-geo API, perhaps) and also offers complete anonymity. It is important that the receiving client is not able to either see the original IP or know that we're using a proxy. -- There are two URLs that never resolve correctly. Will reveal them over private message. Need to debug this. ============ Please include the password "pasta" in your bid. Proposals without the password will be ignored. Bids failing to demonstrate understanding of the tool will also be ignored. This should be a quick, simple and fun task for someone who knows what they're doing. It's a fixed price project, but there could be opportunities to work together in the future.
