I am looking for an individual or small team to develop a community/polling website. The website will include summary home page, hot topics page, member page, galleries, detailed media-rich information pages, a forum, user rankings, newsletter and probably a few other things I'm missing right now. I have a mock-up of the website and I am looking for a professional who can create it in a short period of time, write code that will be readable and clear to any other coder, and that will be able to deliver the website up to the last detail.* We will start with a fixed contract and it may evolve towards a more durable position. The pay will be based on deliverable agreed upfront and as the company grows we are eager to give good bonuses to true stars and key contributors. Once this project is complete, there will be an option to continue working in maintaining the website as it will be going through developmental changes after launch. Experience in PHP, CSS, AJAX & MySQL is essential. Only serious and experienced bidders please. I will require you to sign the attached standard Non Disclosure Agreement and send it back to me before you contact me.
