Paypal IPN repair

Hi, I have the "PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN" contribution 1753 ([login to view URL],1753/category,all/search,paypal+ipn) installed on my osCommerce cart. Everything works as far as the Paypal process. What does not work is the "PayPal Instant Payment Notifications." I get NO paypal confirmations at all.... no emails.... nothing is transfered back to me from the Paypal site. Now as I said, customers can make paypal purchases at my site and it all works well as for as the sale and the paypal site is concerned. I just get NO back and forth updates from paypal to my "PayPal Instant Payment Notifications" screen or on the invoice it self which is located in the orders section of my oscommerce site. On the paypal invoice located under the orders section the invoice reads as follows: Transaction Activity Date Payment Status Details Action Gross Fee Net Amount No PayPal Transaction Information Available (df1ccb36ff15019764baf6adff710769) So I hope I have explained my situation to you. MY QUESTION IS: Can you repair this for me on my osCommerce site? And of course what kind of cost would I be looking at? I hope you can do this for me, as I do get a number of Paypal transactions and I would like to have this part of my shop up and running as it should be.
