Web page emulation

The task is to create an internal page template for my website using a very similar layout design and exact page functionality from an example on a third-party website. The example site/page I wish you to emulate is: wineshop dot hunters dot co dot nz/wine-shop/
Basically, I expect the bidder to emulate the example page's source code for the functionality and framework, and then make some minor design changes (CSS) to reflect my website's design style (mostly fonts and main menu)
My website: [url removed, login to view]
Summarising: produce a template that emulates the example page, with minor cosmetic changes to incorporate my CSS and site navigation.
IMPORTANT: I do NOT require any shopping cart functionality. This is NOT an ecommerce website.
I DO require precisely the functionality that you see when you click on the 'Details' button beside any wine.
Please explain your technical approach, especially if you plan to do anything different to the sample page's source code (e.g. Mootools instead of jQuery). My own website is very simple in structure, so any implementation needs to stay that way as far as possible. Simply, this page you are to build will be accessed from a main menu link on my Home Page.
Bidders should have demonstrated successful completion of projects using the required skills. The finished project will need to work in all the major browsers, and be standards compliant.
## Deliverables
Although I am not a programmer or developer, I do understand something of HTML, CSS and some related technologies.
It seems to me that this task primarily involves copying the source code, downloading and installing any libraries, then either additions to my main CSS, or a separate CSS.
If it isn't as simple as this, explain why in clear terms.
Obviously I will be using my own images when the page is live. For the prototype, I can provide some wine bottle images to use as dummies.
In order to award this job, I really need to see that the coder is competent in the technologies to be used.
