Traffic turnkey website

I need a complete custom traffic exchange script, including: Autosurf, Manual surf, Banner Exchange, PPC, And PPR All in one. It is the bidders responsibility to completely understand what i need for this script. DO NOT BID if you have not done your homework. Project DOES NOT includes web design of new site, logo design, all script design. IMPORTANT: DO NOT BID if you are not familiar with everything that needs to be done and are not completely capable of handling everything. This project is for a complete turnkey . The bid is for the script to be created, 100% operational, and include ONGOING SUPPORT!. The script should be BUG LESS, It is the bidder responsibility to make sure no bugs are in the script and commitment to fix any bug found in the future. I am open to suggestions for anything you can think off Site design should include placement of Google AdSense and other advertising/affiliate offers within every site page. Please feel free to let me know how you will approach this project and if you have other good ideas for this website. I am looking for a partner on this project, not the cheapest price.
