Spamarrest.com Clone URGENT PROJECT

I need an identical clone of spamarrest.com. When I say clone I mean an exact tween of that site, just like somebody was to upload that site on my server again. I want it branded to my domain name my own domain name . So keep everything the same as [login to view URL] has it, even the flash demo, I dont need that same demo but something similar to it ? With different voices and different cartoons or any different character. I want it done that way that it can be translated to other languages by using language file.
