SIP Precall Speech (SIP Express Router + B2BUA)

Need to setup a B2BUA to work with our existing SIP Express Router (SER) box? to implement a precall speech feature - play a music (wav or mp3) file to the caller before establishing the call with the dialed number. Open-source solutions, such as implementing Asterisk as a B2BUA, are? welcome. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
