12780 Fixes to Admin of Site

A couple bugs below The static text field's are simply "unstable". For instance, the "About page" text box doesn't always appear when I click on this field. Sometimes when the text box does appear and after I have successfully pasted and saved my code (from Dreamweaver), the font inexplicably changes. I'm sure that you would rather I input text here than in the public_html/[url removed, login to view] file. The Text on Index under "Featured Products" field is also not working. I've typed the words "Down Under" here (for testing purposes) but they are not showing at all. The font color & background color do not work in any of the text fields. The "Featured Bar" text color & background cannot be changed in this field. Instead, you need to go to the "Content Bar" where you can successfully change colors for both bars at the same time ?! They cannot be changed independant of one another. They appear to be linked. Also, please note that there is a small red stripe at the beginning of these bars which appear to be have been left behind previously when the larger stripes were removed from above the featured bar. Further, the "Small Button" text color won't change from a grey color. This same color has now applied itself to the email address I have included on the Contact Us page. The mouse over color is yellow. Can't change either of them. Finally, the background color in the drop down boxes in the Search & Register menus is red. How can this be changed?
