CA RN Database Project

This is a scraper project which needs to run on a vendor’s database for a search for phone numbers and email addresses for individuals from our in-house list of **_California entries _** The in-house list is sorted based on City name. We have a First name, Last name, Middle Initial, Street Address and City in the data entry. You need to pull the phone number and email address from the 3rd party vendor database for each person on our list. I have created a login and password for Peoplefinders.com. (a people search database). You need to click on the Advanced Search tab. Fill in the fields for the First Name, Last Name, Middle Initial, City and find the corresponding phone record, and email address if possible for each database entry. For results 2 or less, you need to have the response display the corresponding 2 phone numbers, email addresses, Address and city, one after another. For entries which yield more than 2 results from the vendor site, please list the top 2 result from the array search results. You need to keep in mind that the a time-loop of 10 seconds between each entry upload is necessary. If the scraper runs at its regular speed, PeopleFinder might detect a scraper application and will auto shut down account access. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet
