509634 Two Simple Tasks

I'm looking for a go-to utility coder. Someone I can give simple tasks to complete that will help me program faster. I am not looking for a team of programmers. I am looking for 1 individual, who has the ability to code and can complete small tasks in a clean code and time efficient manner. With that being said, the budget for this is $15. I will not place funds in escrow. I will, however, pay per completed job via paypal. Please note that for these simple tasks, there is no mysql or ftp access because it is simply not needed. Here are the tasks: 1) Take a CSV file and create a script to export the data into a mysql table. $5 upon completion and testing 2) Write a simple function named function processorder($order_id) where you finalize an order being placed. An example will be provided of exactly how it will interact with the server and query the database accordingly. $10 upon completion and testing There is more work available for you if this goes well. Project shouldn't take more than an hour to do.
