A PHP+MySQL website and an (hybrid) app for IOS and Android The website consist of two areas. The first area is for users who want to sell or buy used items (barcode identified): the sellers publish their bid and take the items to specific stores, the buyers read the bid and book the items downpaying an amount, or directly going to the stores to see the used items and buy. The second area is for stores who manage the sale : they receive the sellers, read the code or qrcode of the items they want to sell, store the items. Receive the buyers, read the code or qrcodes of the items they want to buy, retrieve the items, sell and get paid, pay the sellers and a fee. The website has three UI with dedicated pages/css, one for laptops, one for tablets, one for smartphones. The app is a shell for a browser and a barcode reader that lets buyers-sellers-stores use the website through smartphones and tablets. In the store, the user may shows on his smartphone the qrcode of the cart he wants to buy or sell, the clerk may read it on his smartphone and manage it. SKILLS REQUIRED Software : master in database driven websites, three tier architectures and object oriented programming Database : master in complex sql structures and efficient data manipulation Security : master in data protection and hackers\' interdiction, in an efficient way Html and responsive pages : master in javascript and html5/css3 Hybrid apps : master in Cordova/PhoneGap or other platform, in order to encapsulate into an app a web browser (that points to a Lamp server in cloud) and a qrcode reader/generator Server management : competent in linux + mysql + php server setup and management Barcode/qrcode : competent on barcode and qrcode generator/reader integration into apps, in order to share data between smartphones using qrcodes E-commerce : competent in electronic payments integration, in order to manage electronic payment of sellers and fees THE BID if (you cannot document all the skills) { please go to the next project } elseif { submit the bid with your potential price } After a week, a first selection will be made based on profile, skills and feedbacks. The selected will be contacted and will receive all the info they will require. They will be asked to fix the final price of the bid. The contacts must also determine a high level of personal enpathy with the programmers involved in the project. The final choice will be taken based on price, enpathy with the programmers, profile, skills, feedbacks. The winner will be assigned the development -as a test- of a small mockup with some minimal features, to be delivered in 15 days. If successful, he will be assigned the project with payments on milestones, the mockup being the first milestone. This project is a full month work done from a great programmer, or a team of two, who have already developed similar projects with a high quality standard, that will work in very close contact with us (no project manager filter accepted).
