magento experto to solve sql, re-indexing, mass updating, exporting

need to perform bug free installation for this and solution for our "AFTER PROBLEMS" that we have experienced in production site. We have dedicated server to assign full resources to Magento. - magento CE 1.8.1.0 - ultimo responsive theme (provided) - spanish package for locale (provided) - Toybanana External Images (provided) - Enhanced Admin Grids (+ Editor) - magmi latest w/category plugin (provided) - product matrix by webshopapps (provided) - onestepcheckout by amasty (provided) - lucern blast search (provided) - apply 100.000 sku's via magmi (provided) - update 100.000 sku`s for other attributes such as Weight, Manufacturer, etc... - re-update attributes if needed. *** Errors we have found after: - problems with mass attributes (100k sku's )updating via magento product manager, receiving messages like "please select products to update attributes" (getting this message after hit save with previously all selected and attribute properly changed...) or error processing your request and SQLSTATE errors... - problems with re-indexing , eternal time to reindex url rewrites, we have tried the following extension: [login to view URL] , also problems to reindex product_categories index after creating categories with magmi - problems to export via advanced profiles, takes forever - product attribute manufacture hang in backend ***************************************************************** we need experienced magento developer with sql level skills - we not hire zero feedback users. don't bother in offers - we wont give any money upfront neither milestones unless we can see all the problems solved or nonsexist, that's basically the purposeless of this job - im very good contractor, show me results and we will keep working further - you can configure server in your end if you want-to show us
