Google search engine rank tracker (using proxies and accesing different domains of google, like [login to view URL])

Hi, I will explain the details later, I will first describe what the script needs to do.

I need a script that can access several times [url removed, login to view], or any Google country domain like [url removed, login to view] (any language domain of Google in the world) using a proxy. This script will not use hundreds of connections per day, but I need to access info as fast as possible as I need info to be gathered.

I need an intelligent programmer with previous experience managing Google server connection, in order for the script or the script's server to be banned by Google.

The details of this project are:

- Need a user login (with password management) (one user is needed)

- Admin can create groups (Add, edit, delete). In those groups, he admin can organize the track of keywords.

- Admin can create keyword search queries. He selects a group, puts the keyword (Ex: "weight loss"), includes the website main url (ex: [url removed, login to view]), and there will be an input box where the admin can select the multiple Google search engines.

- The system will, soon after the entry was added - search the ranking (s). System will search at least the first 10 pages of Google (or the G engines selected) and search the rank of the website. IF not found, the result will be 0.

2 notes: 1) The script will ignore ads, videos, images... when numbering/counting the ranking position 2) I need the system to SAVE ALL the data (all the positions and URLs) each time it is run.

- System will crawl daily, once per day only, all the keywords that have been added to the system. System will store all the data. Will keep track of each daily ranking.

- Admin can inspect the keywords and see the rankings over time. The admin can select to export data. The export data is also available in group form, so multiple reports can be exported.

- One of the most important features is that the admin can enter a keyword history and search for its competition over time (since all the rankings and URLs were saved daily). Admin can then, input a domain URL to see the position over time in that data. This will serve to monitor any URL domain and see how SERPS, Google Panda, Google Penguin or any algo has affected the competition. Of course, there will an export feature for that too.
