add field, cron, more and ensure affiliate program works on new URL

We have already integrated an affiliate program /post affiliate pro with our site

what we need now:

1. add another form field to php form with validation and sending field to PAP and to our back end admin( already integrated also

just send the field) and send field extra to PAP

2. Add captacha

3. Add Cron task PAP on our server t/we show you docs on how to do on our new domain( we want to move affiliate program to new URL to work with our new domain)

4. Ensure working PAP we have now working with new domain/ only few changes in URL

5. Add PAP sign up form nd Affiliate login to our Affiliate page and not PAP page

Will show you how to do it based on their docs

Do not worry about design

we will do design

Budget $60-$80 - should not take too long and we promise ongoing work for good programmer to take over project
