Build a Website

Hi, I have a pre-made wordpress plugin for placing mobile phone unlocking orders via a websites API. I no longer use the site which this plugin has been built around and would like to implement a new sites API into my pre-existing plugin. here's a test page with the plugin running, [login to view URL] I will supply the plugin files once I award the job. I have added the new site API to this briefing. The plugin will need to be tested to make sure all orders work through PayPal, all the features provided with the new API must be added and tested too. I need this doing as cheaply as possible so not a great budget. Preferable under $90.
