Magento API Integration

We need Magento integrated with a 3rd party payment system that provides prepaid PINS for cellular service. 1)This extension needs to Automatically create/update/disable products in Magento based off information received from the xml file returned from the API. 2) For some products (RTR or real time reload products) a check needs to be made during checkout to confirm the phone number provided is correct for the product being purchased. 3) After payment has been confirmed, the PIN or RTR reload needs to be purchased via the API 4) A custom tab needs to be created in the "my account" section for PINS 5) When PIN products are purchased, the PIN needs to be written to the customer's "My PINS" section and the customer needs to be notified by email that they have a new PIN This extension needs to be automated. The API has documentation and a support team that will assist with all questions.
