Reliable and creative web designer/PHP expert to create a complete UNIQUE skin for website with logo update, site is a registered company, site is based on PHP Probid software. The theme we currently have although is custom has been up for over 2 years and is now old in my opinion. The site is currently up and running. The winner should have attantion to detail and should be a perfectionist at what he/she does. MAINLY PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE REASON FOR THIS CHANGE IS THAT THE SITE NOW HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR 2+ YEARS AND IN MY OPINION LOOKS OLD, DULL AND EMPTY DUE TO NO MOVEMENT IN THE MAIN PAGE. IT ALSO LACKS THE PROFESSIONAL LOOK AND LOOKS LIKE A CHEAP COPY OF EBAY WHICH JUST MAKES ME THINK "ANOTHER EBAY COPY". THE SITE SHOULD HAVE ALL ASPECTS MENTIONED ABOVE AND ALTHOUGH IT SHOULD RESEMBLE EBAY AND THE OTHER SITES, IT SHOULD BE UNIQUE IN ITS OWN FASHION. AS YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONALS ANY BRIGHT IDEAS WILL BE APPRECIATED INORDER TO MAKE THE SITE LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL AND ATTRACTIVE. THIS ALSO GOES FOR THE LOGO REDISIGN. I am open to color suggestions and unique ideas. You will be responsible to upload and implement the design and check/correct any bugs in all aspects in functionality due to new design.
