Fix errors on my website

[login to view URL] We need many small things fixed on this website - most of these errors were left from a previous freelancer who did not complete the job. 1. we need to be able to edit some of the pages and manage pictures uploaded (delete, add new) etc. 2. add in a 'business opportunity page" 3. Improve Capthca by providing option to change the text if not visible to user 4. add in a career page 5. Provide access to some function and pages to our HR users. 6. Some text posted on the site does not have paragraphing - need this fixed 7. solve 'back button' bug - hitting back button does not bring user back to the search result page and will see the "Confirm form resubmission' error. 8. Provide listing for easy edit of our customers' records 9. Improve speed on IE & Firefox 10. to paginate our search result These are very small jobs but if you do a good job I am wanting to do many more improvements to my website. I have to have someone trustworthy and reliable.
