Opencart Modifications. Opencart Expert Needed

Hi, I need an Expert in Opencart for few modifications. I need a couple of things. 1. I want to add a page in Admin/Report/Sale to view daily orders with these details, Order No, customer name, address, phone number, products, amount, and payment mode. I should be able to choose which orders i want to export and should be able to export and print a list and give it to deliver guy. 2. I want some changes with the layout of the site. I want to add right columns. Right now the page width is set in a way that if i add right column, it would show on the right, but all the other content will get messed up. So I want work with css file. 3. I have purchased an extension called iSearch. I want to add attribute searching in that so it can look into attributes also. 4. Site is running slow than expected. Need suggestions and modifications so the site and search features can speed up. Please not that the site has about 5,00,000 products and about 5 million attributes and about 3 million product_to_category. So the database is BIG, not HUGE. Maybe database indexing or something needs to be done to speed up the cart. Please quote reasonable price and please only Open Cart SUPER EXPERTS only apply.
