Joomla 1.5 with ajax developer for corporate site wanted. Also regular work for experienced freelancers

We have a corporate recruitment company in need of a website developed in Joomla 1.5 utilizing AJAX ([login to view URL]) (extension can be sent to successful bidder) We have a concept design for the look of the site so we need an experienced developer to create a template to match the design and also develop the 'back-end' using extensions, components and custom code to fulfil the clients wishes. The site is for a recruitment company and will need to attract high volume uploading of candidate CV's A brief breakdown of the functionality of the clients needs: Navigation and sub navigation to use AJAX full wysiwyg content management system allowing administrator to add/edit/delete/archive pages (joomla!) allow for surfers to register and upload pdf/image files for CV's a back end for the client to view details of candidates uploads and qualifications (entered by candidate in a form on the website) integrate and redirect existing online booking portals (online booking for employers is already working and would only need a form on the site redirecting to the hosting server) An eshot (newsletter/autoresponder) facility that can track open and click rates. Canditates should be able to enter their details to regsiter to receive these newsletters. A back end for the client to view details of newsletter subscribers. The site will need to display news items that can be added/edited/deleted by the client using a wysiwyg editor. This project would suit an experienced Joomla developer, preferably someone who has used version 1.5 and AJAX. This project will lead on to many future projects.
