101257 File gallery system

I need to create a file gallery system like the one at [login to view URL] it should be better than mobile9 with some flash animation so on. Very simple, just a standard gallery where it shows all user submited files with screenshot of the files like the one at mobile9 Select which category to view and it show screenshot of file, with title of file below screenshot. When clicked on the screenshot, it shows the file information. There is download button. There should be place for member to upload files. One main place. Then choose which category to upload to. The upload form that shows depend on the different type of category. If it is sound base, it should not show upload screenshot option but only show other option. If it is some software that need two screenshot, it should show 2 screenshot upload option. Choose how many credit a member need in order to download the file like mobile9. So each member has 30 download credit per day. In file detail view, then show main screenshot, and the other screenshot is small in size, when click, it link to the image file. In this view, also have author contribution point. If when he upload, he choose 3 credit to download the file, when one person download 3 credit will be added for him. In the gallery when clicked to see detail of [login to view URL] it is mp3 based, should have mp3 flash player to play the sound for preview. Can use this flash single mp3 player [login to view URL] If it is 3gp based. Should capture first frame of movie and show as screenshot. By the way, I am using invision power board forum now on my site, so have to integrate with invision member database. Forum i use invision, so index page should be simple like mobile9 with showing lastest post in forum, latest comments for file, latest items added. Featured items. Simple just use php to get from database. Any other information will be discuss via pmb or msn/skype messenger. I have limited budget, so maximum is $200. I will choose the programmer with lowest possible price and with quality work.
