Fast-working, experienced PHP developer needed for web-based enhancements and custom PHP programming

We have a project, developed in PHP coding that has 22 tasks remaining. Originally ,the tasks were assigned a PHP developer from other projects, but has since not been able to have time to work on the project. The application doesn't have a ton of PHP files.. Maybe 30 or so, and many of which won't need to be modified. The pages and structure, and almost all functionality is already done, but we have some additional enhancements, some tasks needing PHP development to automate or simplify within the app, and also some custom reports needing to be developed using the existing setup, and reading from MySQL and displaying within the app as a simple grid. WILL PROVIDE FULL TASK LIST AND LINK TO APPLICATION AND LOGIN TO REVIEW, UPON REQUEST SOME TASKS NEEDING TO BE COMPLETED INCLUDE: - FORMATTING PRINT OUTPUT FOR A DOT-MATRIX PRINTER - CREATING A CREDITS & REFUNDS SCREEN TO APPLY A CREDIT/REFUND BASED ON EXISTING INVOICE IN THE SYSTEM - CREATE A SIMPLE EMAIL/FAX MARKETING FUNCTION (USER APPLIES SEARCH CRITERIA, AND UPLOADS PDF/IMG) WHICH PARSES OUT TO CUSTOMERS FROM THE SEARCH CRITERIA RESULTS, AND EITHER EMAILS/FAXES THEM THE IMAGE/PDF - SIMPLIFYING SOME SCREENS (MAY TAKE SEVERAL CLICKS TO SAVE RECORD FROM ONE TABLE TO ANOTHER - WANT TO AUTOMATE/SIMPLIFY - BAR CODE SCANNING - ALLOWING A LIST OF ITEMS TO BE PRINTED WITH A BAR CODE SPECIFIC TO THAT INVOICE NUMBER AND PART NUMBER. WHEN THE PART IS RETURNED, THE BAR CODE IS SCANNED AND LOGGED INTO THE DATABASE AND SOME PROCESSES ARE COMPLETED. Again, I can send link to application, login details, and spreadsheet with full list of items remaining (22 at the moment - many are small items but need to all be completed) THIS IS NEEDING TO BE COMPLETED, IN FULL, WITH TIME ALLOWED FOR TESTING AND ADDITIONAL ENHANCEMENTS, NO LATER THAN MAY 10TH 2013 TO MAY 17TH 2013.
