Write some Software - i need some data from a website

Hi, i have a website from where i need all the companies with all the details related from the pages. It is not log-in [url removed, login to view] website has some sort of protection, related to time and captcha (the script should be not interpreted by website like a bot, but like a human, so it will need a random parse data function, that means i will need to have in the script, the possibility to choose the range time between two companies parsed - example: between 15 and 45 seconds). The output has to be in csv format. The data has to be extracted exactly as in the website (usually it happens that at extractions, some "0" 's in front of the phone number to be forgotten so please check the output very carefully. Also, there are a lot of addresses and nonspecific language characters from different countries that need to take care of. I also need extracted the links from every company and puted in the output csv file. So if you are good with this kind of extracting data thing and carefull with data files, then bid. In the file attached you will find the website address to work with. There will be 3 milestone.I will release 1/3 of the money when 1/3 of the countries in alphabeticall order, are in the output csv file and verified by me. Same with the 2nd milestone (here i will receive the script that you created, too). 3rd milestone and final will be released when i will have all the information from the website in the csv file - cristal clear, and the script.
