Serious Programming Teams ONLY Need an eCommerce system with CMS, CRM, ERP,& SCM capabilities to sell product thru a network of partners. Project includes multiple store fronts based on subscription levels. Also includes full back-end management system designed for simple administration by non-technical users. Terms & Conditions: 1) Detailing Document should be downloaded from [url removed, login to view] 2) Please thoroughly read the documents and clarify any questions before placing a bid. We are only interested in serious programming team. So please don't copy paste things. It won't leave an impression. 3) You must have related project in portfolio. I do want to see related projects before awarding a bid (Projects including eCommerce, CMS, CRM, ERP) 4) We retain all copyrights to everything you produce. 5) No hourly rates. 6) You should be available on YM & MSN messengers and have a phone contact. 7) If something from your original work breaks you will fix it at no extra cost within reason. 8) Once finished with this project we would need the same team for future projects. (looking for long term relationship) 9) 50% of amount (escrow) will be paid when we see the site running on your server and 100% (Escrow) when site runs on ours. 10) We will be bidding the design separately, so please try to bid low & for programming only. 11) Team can use any popular existing code/system (oscommerce etc.) to save our time & money but still we need one full system working together with same admin & single setup system. Note: This system must be fully completed on our servers before final payment is made. We have had too many problems with programmers recently with incomplete work or just leaving us high and dry. We will need to have this working on our servers before releasing final payment. You will be paid once the work is done, but please take note of this before bidding as it is a requirement. If you fail to meet your deadlines, we will post a 1 rating in all 3 and we reserve the right to cancel the project. Please set realistic deadlines as you are expected to stick to them. If you have questions, please ask them before the project is awarded. Be aware that we are in the Central Time Zone and will expect correspondence to occur between 9 a.m. and 5 P.M. CST - 7 days a week. Project Completion is expected by 5-28-04
