Refresh Existing Wordpress Website Theme/Style

I have a client who needs their wordpress website refreshed with a modern theme & feel. Since I don't have enough time on my hands this week to begin showing rapid progress, I need someone to pick up this project and collaborate with me. The ideal candidate for this job: - has a great eye for modern & creative web design trends, with a proven track record - is extremely comfortable with customizing wordpress themes - uses best practices in coding and workflow - writes clean elegant HTML, CSS (SASS even better) - communicates often & concisely, good at working with another developer (aka: me!) - speaks very good English (native language if possible) - has time available to begin showing progress by this weekend - can collaborate using Git, commits and pushes progress often I have budgeted for 12 hours to overhaul the look of this website. You will be working closely with me at first to determine what theme we'll base it on, and how we'll follow through with it. As for finances, I will provide a good enough downpayment that you feel comfortable with working on my own development server. We'll keep things simple with 6h downpayment, and a final completion milestone of the remaining 6h. You're probably wondering what the website is that you'll be working on.
