We are Dental Recruitment agency based in Melbourne Australia, however we operate throughout Australia. We specialize in recruiting and placing temporary dental nurses on short notice. Our website domain will be [login to view URL], our business name is Dental Temps.
The website we have in mind will help us recruit new nurses (employees) and new clients (dental practices). We have a very amateur mockup of the functions we want our website to have for view here: [login to view URL] It's not anything like what we want our website to look like or feel like. But it's just a demonstration of what kind of functions we will require of the website.
At this stage we are looking for someone to help us design the sitemap and flow of users on the website. We don't necessarily want it to coded just yet. We want to first agree upon the the website structure and flow, then we will get it coded and have the graphics designed. If you would like to code it and design the graphics too that's great we can negotiate such matters after we've agreed on the structure and flow of the site.
The website is aimed at 2 different and distinct user groups.
1) Nurses looking for work
2) Dental practices looking to hire nurses.
We actually really like landing page for freelancer.com.au that forks users down users down one of two pathways from the home page. We would like something similar to this.
For nurses looking for work, we want the website to allow them create an account, and then to register their personal details, work preferences, references, bank details etc. You can see these details on our mockup site here [login to view URL] It will also require them to take a dental knowledge test at some stage, but we thought we could embed this using a third party online solution. We would like the nurses (employees) to be able to log back into there accounts and change these details as they wish. It will also allow them to be able to indicate whether they are actively looking for work, or whether they are no longer looking for work. Basically they can activate and deactivate their 'looking for work status'.
For dental practices we would like the site to allow any practice to request a temporary dental nurse quickly and simply. It must be simple and quick, and convey a sense that it will be done reliably and promptly. We would like these requests for a temporary nurse to either create an email with these details so we can log the request, or it will automatically log the request in the back end somehow which can be viewed from a back end and tracked for accounting purposes.
We would like it to have a back end where we can see the details of each employee, and also record a few other 'hidden' details against each employee such as feedback from clients, jobs they were sent to, possibly even hours they've worked and their payslips, and pay summaries.
We understand some advanced features may be expensive and difficult to realize. We are happy for the site to be basic at the back end at this stage. We are mostly concerned about the front end for users at this point.
