24024 Update to site, Php, MySql etc

Our website, found at [login to view URL] needs to be updated. We broadcast out stock trade alerts. We are in the process of launching a new option system and therefore the trading alerts broadcast form needs to be updated. Also, we are having a small problem with our admin section as it appears to post the same user twice. In addition, in our members area, we show open trades. The format of the open trades will change with our new system and therefore we need to update this area. We will provide full details to the designer selected to handle this project. We require the designer to be very familiar with PHP and MySql database issues. Someone who is comfortable making needed changes without any bugs, or backdoors. We update our site regularly and therefore, there will be ongoing work for the winner of this project. Time is of the essence, we need to get the site updated within 48 hours or less. Someone with an IM program like AIM or MSN is preferable so that we may discuss the project and test in real time if need be.
