Build a site similar to this site

We would like a web site/service built that is similar to <[login to view URL]> (please see that site and run a sample test so you understand how that service works) We don't want an exact copy of their interface, so we welcome creative ideas from you. But look should be similar (high-tech look w/flash animation), with local storing of test results and create links to the images. (we would also like a bid for a simple version of the site with only very basic features, see notes below) The function of the site you will be build will be slightly different (it will test different things), but it will be very similar. We will provide full details to the winning bidder. You will provide: - completed and installed web site/interface (home page where the connection test is run, flash animation, etc, and several other basic web pages (about us, contact, etc.. we will provide the text for these other pages). - you will create the scripts (PHP or CGI or what you recommend that runs on Linux/Unix) that work both for the main site, and that get installed on remote servers. We must be able to easily add remote servers to the script, so there should be a text file or something simple where we can add the host names that will interface with the script on the main server. *** IMPORTANT *** We are trying to keep costs as low as possible, so if bids are too high we may consider a simple version of our site, with no flash animation, no displaying data as image, etc.. just a SIMPLE text output of test results. So please bid the full version of the site as your bid, but include in your bid notes what yoru bid would be for a simple version of the site that only displays text output on the site and no advanced features or flash animation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Winning bidder agrees to fax a signed NDA so that we can provide the full project details. ## Platform Linux/Unix flavors , Apache will run on shared virtual server(s) The script that gets installed on the remote servers must be easy to install as this will be installed by other users and not you or us. There may be many users accessing this script at once, so it must be built to use as little server resources as possible, both on the main site and on the remote servers as this will be run from shared virtual hosting packages and not dedicated servers. This needs to be build with common language, like PHP or CGI, and will be installed on a Linux based server. The remote scripts may be installed on Linux or Unix based server, so it needs to work with different flavors of unix (linux, bsd, solaris, etc.)
