We are a printing service. We need a site where customers can order our services.

We have two distinct sets of customers:

1. Personal users: people who are ordering photos

2. Small business customers (SMBs): small businesses who are ordering flyers/pamphlets and other marketing materials that need to be printed.

Site needs to have two main interfaces

Interface 1 – Ordering system for personal users ordering photo prints from us

1. Unregistered users must be able to register and create an account with us

2. Registered users must be able to login to our system.

3. Users should be able to connect their Facebook and instagram accounts.

4. Once their Facebook / instagram accounts are connected, they should be able to view their photos in a simple intuitive gallery.

5. User should be able to order photos to be printed and delivered either by selecting photos from either their Facebook / instagram accounts or should be able to upload photos from their PC

6. They should also be able to enter recipient address to which the printed photos will be delivered.

Interface 2 – Ordering system for small & medium business (SMBs) customers ordering marketing material with us.

This interface is independent of Interface 1.

1. SMB user should be able to create an account with business details such as (name, address, zip code etc.).

2. SMB user should be able to enter the details of a marketing campaign, including

a. Being able to upload designs of their marketing material (jpg, pdf, png).

b. Specify Number of flyers/promotional material to be printed and mailed.

c. Specify Start & end date of promotional campaign.

3. Integrate payment gateway (Stripe and/or Braintree) – system to accept payment from SMB user via credit card and PayPal.

4. User should be able to edit existing campaign parameters from their account.

5. User should be able to calculate the payment plan for their marketing campaigns.

Backend Administrative system:

System for our shop floor managers and service reps (with separate logins) to be able to monitor user account details with means to modify, edit or update accounts as required.

Current Status:

We have a mobile app under development to order photos; this must be integrated with our web service. The APIs needed to be developed for this purpose is of similar nature to [url removed, login to view]

2. Interface 1 i.e. ability to order photos from computer, facebook, instagram

Are already complete.

Only the Login & account management system for interface 1 is not complete.
